Okay this is a first one for me as well. I have done maps for CS 1.6 and CSGO, but never for CS:S. The editor is 75% like the old hammer editor from GoldSrc, check that tutorial first so you know the basics. I will provide a video as well, it should be more easy to install via Steam.
Speaking of which, get Source SDK Base 2013 Multiplayer on Steam and Counter-Strike: Source Dedicated Server. Then there is also an important thing to find hammer.exe in Steam\steamapps\common\Counter-Strike Source\bin\ and make a shortcut of it for desktop.
Just follow what I do in the video, some new things in Source are cubemaps, 3D Skyboxes, displacement tool for terrain and the ability to apply decals of any type of texture. Oh, there's also ropes for the poles and some interesting connection between entities, for example you can attach a random object to a moving fan.
--- will come back with video ---
